Staff Product Designer, Q-Commerce (Global Tech Hub) — Dubai, UAE
About the Opportunity
Delivery Hero is building a Global Q-Commerce Hub in Dubai, and talabat is leading the mission to bridge regional innovation with global standards. We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join the Quick Commerce team — you'll design experiences that scale non-food offerings, reach new market segments, and drive revenue across 70+ countries.
The Role & Impact
You'll work on the full product development cycle — from product innovation brainstorms and user research to usability testing — inside a DMarts network of 500+ stores and 1M+ SKUs. Your mission: design the intelligence layers that take Category Management and Store Management to the next level, building systems built for world-class reach.
What You'll Do
- Lead design for Global Q-Commerce squads, owning end-to-end product lifecycle design
- Design core decision-making experiences for partners and internal operations
- Run research initiatives and usability testing, then advocate through clear narratives and data
- Collaborate with Berlin-based domain teams and stakeholders across the group
- Mentor peers and raise the bar for design quality across the hub
What You Bring
- 7+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong web and mobile portfolio
- Deep experience in heavy-data B2B products
- Strong Figma skills — including distributed version control tools
- Demonstrated leadership in research and design initiatives, with excellent English communication
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
