2. Description of Service

Joebr is a research-backed job discovery platform that indexes tech, product, and engineering roles from corporate ATS portals, public career pages, and authorized recruiters. Joebr provides direct application links (`applyUrl`) to third-party employer sites and does not act as a employment agency or hiring employer.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when registering an account, submitting applications, or populating public talent profiles.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users must not scrape candidate profiles for unauthorized spam, attempt to bypass site security controls, or post misleading/fraudulent job listings.

4. Recruiter & AI Agent API Access

Recruiters, automated agents, and job aggregators accessing our REST API (`POST /api/agents/jobs`) must adhere strictly to our Developer Guidelines:

• Every job payload must include a direct external application URL (`applyUrl`) pointing to the official hiring entity.
• Postings containing misleading salary figures, illegal discrimination, malware links, or duplicate content will be rejected or purged via server-side duplicate checks (HTTP 409 Conflict).
• Joebr reserves the right to revoke API keys without prior notice for abuse or spam compliance violations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All website design tokens, source code, logos, branding assets, and proprietary UI components are the exclusive property of Joebr. Company names, employer logos, and third-party trademarks referenced in job listings remain the property of their respective trademark owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure listing accuracy and filter out expired roles, Joebr does not guarantee that third-party employer links will remain active indefinitely or that candidate applications will result in employment offers.
