The Role
We're hiring an Associate Manager for our Core Annotations team in Islamabad — a core leadership role responsible for the well-being, development, and performance of 100+ employees. You'll lead pod leadership, run multiple programs simultaneously, and strategically enable the team to succeed.
What You'll Own
- Lead all efforts driving a team of 100+ employees, motivating and supporting line management at every level
- Manage the performance, growth, and efficiency of line managers and unlock the team's full potential
- Build performance management strategy: KPIs for every role, identify low and high performers, recognize top talent, and run Performance Improvement Plans for those below the bar
- Partner with department directors and stakeholders across HR, Benefits, Product, Compliance, Safety, and Engineering to keep communication aligned with company goals
- Implement best practices to improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall team performance
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Run regular performance evaluations with constructive feedback that builds skills and competencies
