HR Coordinator (Recruiting Ops & People Support) — Together AI, Amsterdam
Together AI's Amsterdam office is growing — and so is hiring across Europe and India. The company is building out local People support in Amsterdam and looking for an HR Coordinator to own a generalist role spanning recruiting coordination, HR administration, and day-to-day office operations.
About the Role
You'll be the first person to hold this combined role in Amsterdam — real ownership over how the work gets done, building process and structure rather than following someone else's playbook. You'll report to the Talent Operations Partner (San Francisco) with high day-to-day autonomy, plus a dedicated local mentor on the International Finance & Operations team. As the office grows, this role grows with it.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling for Europe and India hiring — managing high volume across time zones and seniority levels
- Manage offer letters and support onboarding and offboarding, handling sensitive and confidential information with care
- Own daily operations and employee support for the Amsterdam office, including office maintenance, food and beverage, and employee events
- Support HR special projects as they come up
- Build and improve processes across all three areas — you'll help define how this work gets done
- Partner with the recruiting team, People team, and local Amsterdam colleagues to keep everything running smoothly
What You Bring
- Proven experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across teams and time zones with minimal oversight
- A genuine self-starter mindset — comfortable building process where none exists
- Strong attention to detail and time management under pressure
- Sound judgement with sensitive, confidential situations
- An empathetic, approachable style and real interest in helping others
- Experience with ATS or recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Gem) is a strong plus; Dutch proficiency preferred but not required
- Comfort working onsite in Amsterdam four to five days a week
