People Operations Associate (Onboarding, Contracts & HR Systems) — Tamara, Riyadh
Tamara — Saudi Arabia's first fintech unicorn and the leading buy-now-pay-later platform across the GCC — is growing its Riyadh People team and looking for a People Operations Associate to keep the employee experience smooth from day one to the final handshake.
The Role & Impact
This is a hands-on HR operations seat inside a fast-scaling fintech. You'll own the daily mechanics of the employee lifecycle and make sure every touchpoint — onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, offboarding — runs without friction. If you like tidy processes, accurate records, and helping people feel looked after, this is the role.
What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day People Operations activities across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Handle employee documentation: contracts, letters, and HR records
- Keep employee data accurate and up to date across HR systems
- Own the joining experience so new hires start on the right foot
- Answer employee queries on HR operations, leave, attendance, and benefits
- Coordinate with internal teams on payroll inputs and employee updates
- Support offboarding, clearances, and exit processes
- Help improve People Ops workflows and the overall employee experience
- Make sure processes and documentation stay aligned with company policy and local labour requirements
What You Bring
- Around 1–3 years of hands-on People Operations / HR Operations experience
- Solid exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contracts, and HR systems
- A genuine understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Very good English communication skills
