As the company expands across the UAE, Egypt, and Greece, this role keeps the engine room running: managing the software tools, tech contracts, and vendor relationships that the whole business depends on.
The Role & Impact
You'll support the procurement, management, and renewal of software tools and technology subscriptions, working hand-in-hand with legal, procurement, and finance to keep everything compliant and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of software tools and tech subscriptions — procurement, renewals, and vendor relationships
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts covering software licensing, service agreements, and technology vendor partnerships
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all tech tools and software licenses, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor vendor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support the audit process
- Analyse tech tool usage across the company to surface cost-saving insights
What You Bring
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related commercial role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you can track dozens of moving contracts without losing one
- Good working knowledge of software licensing and vendor agreements
- Comfort collaborating with legal, procurement, and finance teams
- Clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
