Copywriter, Global Creative Studio (Mid-Level, Paid Social & CRM) — Berlin, Germany

The Role

HelloFresh Group is looking for a mid-level Copywriter to join its in-house creative studio in Berlin — writing everything from punchy headlines to tactical CTAs that turn the curious into customers. The work has a strong digital media component, emphasizing bold, attention-grabbing assets aimed at smashing existing perceptions of the group's brands and reframing them for future growth.

What You'll Do

• Spend most of your time on mid- and lower-funnel assets across CRM, paid social, organic social, display, flyers, packaging, and landing pages — with lighter brand work mixed in
• Respond to briefs and write impactful, creative copy across multiple touchpoints in line with brand strategy and business goals
• Propose striking, edgy copy directions that grab attention and spark brand consideration, especially on social media
• Bring the brands' tones of voice to life across every asset
• Partner with designers to build marketing assets — from static banners to dynamic video
• Rigorously proofread your copy and manage content via Google Suite, Jira, and other platforms
• Work on-site in the Creative Studio in Moabit a minimum of three days per week (Monday–Wednesday)

What You'll Bring

• A full-time copywriter based in Berlin
• Minimum three years of copywriting or communications experience, ideally in food or tech
• Outstanding English copywriting skills — clean, confident, clutter-free
• Skill at leveraging AI platforms to ideate concepts and speed up workflows
• You sweat the details: you sharpen every line and know a well-placed verb beats a stack of adjectives
