The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a senior leadership position at the heart of Verifone's global payments ecosystem. As Director of First-Line Operations covering AML, Payments Transaction Monitoring, Correspondent Banking, and Fraud, you'll shape operational risk management across four regulated payment entities and influence the future of the company's payments and financial services strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead first-line operational risk functions across AML, transaction monitoring, correspondent banking, and fraud
- Modernize first-line operations and strengthen controls across regulated entities
- Drive automation and continuous improvement at scale
- Shape operational risk management strategy and contribute to UK/EU market growth
- Partner with compliance and second-line teams to embed robust risk practices
Who You Are
You're an experienced operational risk or AML/fraud leader from the payments, banking, or fintech world, with a track record of leading regulated operations and driving control improvements. You thrive on scale, complexity, and building teams that protect both customers and the business.
