The Celonis Executive Briefing Center (EBC) runs the most important conversations the company has with its customers — bringing C-suite decision-makers together with Celonis leaders and experts for tailored, high-impact briefings that move strategic deals forward and deepen relationships with key stakeholders. Named the world's Best New Executive Briefing Center Program, the EBC is now hiring a Lead (Content & Immersive Experience) in Munich.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver world-class, C-level briefing experiences that showcase Celonis' process intelligence and AI capabilities
- Own the content strategy for executive briefings — turning complex technology into compelling, immersive narratives
- Partner with sales, product, and executive stakeholders to tailor briefings that advance strategic deals
- Continuously elevate the briefing experience with new formats, demos, and interactive content
- Measure and improve the impact of briefings on pipeline and customer relationships
What You Bring
- Experience running executive briefing centers, customer events, or high-stakes content programs — ideally in enterprise SaaS
- Strong content storytelling skills with an eye for immersive, interactive experiences
- Executive presence and the ability to work with C-level audiences
- Project management discipline: you deliver polished experiences on tight timelines
- Fluent English; German is a plus (unlimited contract)
