The Role
HelloFresh is looking for an experienced Director, People Technology to lead the People Technology function globally. You'll own the strategy, operating model, delivery, stability and performance of the entire People Technology landscape — with Workday as the core platform — supporting critical operational execution across the business, including Time Tracking, Absence and time-clock systems across distribution centres.
What You'll Do
- Own the People Technology strategy and roadmap, aligned with People, Technology and Operations priorities
- Lead the evolution of the operating model across Operations, Functional Development, Integrations and Programme Management
- Ensure Workday and related platforms are stable, scalable, secure and fit for purpose
- Own the technology performance of business-critical workforce processes across frontline and distribution-centre environments
- Define and drive the People Technology AI strategy — internal productivity, automation, service improvement and delivery effectiveness
- Partner with People leaders to identify, prioritize and deliver responsible AI-enabled solutions, with governance for risk, data protection, adoption and measurement
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex delivery, operational, vendor and system-risk issues
- Represent People Technology in senior leadership forums and cross-functional decision-making
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in People Technology, HR systems or enterprise SaaS leadership
- Experience with Workday-centric technology landscapes — implementation, optimization and operational support
- Proven record leading multi-disciplinary teams across operations, delivery, integrations and specialist domains
- Experience supporting technology in frontline, operational or distribution-centre environments
- Practical experience identifying and delivering AI-enabled solutions in a responsible, measurable way
