The Role & Impact
The People Solutions team serves as the strategic engine room of Raisin's People & Culture team — building a secure, data-driven, and compliant infrastructure that scales the organization. As HR Compliance & Governance Manager, you'll act as a compliance anchor managing audits, policies, and risk, while bridging the gap between strategy and technology.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish People policy and process standards: author, review, and maintain global and local People policy frameworks, ensuring all documentation is logical, accessible, and structured to company standards
- Look after AI-readiness and ethical governance in the People domain: review existing policies and processes to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations, address risks, and protect employee data privacy
- Optimize HRIS systems to eliminate manual work
- Leverage analytics and AI to drive smarter business decisions
- Manage audits, policies, and risk across the People function
What You Bring
- Experience in HR compliance, people operations, or HR governance — ideally in a scaling international company
- Familiarity with data privacy and emerging AI regulations in the HR context
- Strong documentation and policy-writing skills
- Analytical mindset with experience improving HRIS systems and processes
- Fluent English; German is a plus
