HR Generalist (EMEA) — Front-Row Seat to People Ops at a $15B Physical AI Powerhouse
The Company
Applied Intuition is powering the future of physical AI. Founded in 2017 and now valued at $15 billion, the Silicon Valley company builds the digital infrastructure that brings intelligence to every moving machine on the planet — serving automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, and agriculture. Eighteen of the top 20 global automakers, plus the US military and its allies, trust their solutions. With offices across Munich, Stuttgart, London, Stockholm, Seoul, Tokyo, and beyond, the EMEA org is growing fast — and that's where you come in.
The Role
We're looking for an early-career HR Generalist to join the People team and support the EMEA organization. You'll be a key point of contact for employees across the region, owning day-to-day administration of benefits, employment documents, and contracts — while helping build the culture and community that makes Applied Intuition a place people are proud to work.
What You'll Do
- Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, working closely with providers
- Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with high accuracy
- Keep employee data clean and compliant in Workday
- Support onboarding and offboarding across the region
- Plan team events, office activations, and culture initiatives across EMEA offices
- Partner with the global People team to roll out programs with regional relevance
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve documentation workflows
What You Bring
- 2–3 years minimum of relevant HR experience
- High organization, strong attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment
- Great communication skills — employees across multiple countries will rely on you
Why Join
This is a front-row seat to how a $15 billion company operates across Europe. You'll get exposure to world-class People processes, meaningful ownership from day one, and the chance to grow into broader People operations as the region scales. Note: this is an in-office role — the team works from the Munich office five days a week, with sensible flexibility for family and morning schedules.
If you're early in your career and want to learn how a world-class People function actually runs, this is the role.
