About the Opportunity

Pacific Health Group delivers compassionate, person-centered healthcare, behavioral health services, and social supports across California. We're hiring an HR Coordinator to keep our people operations running smoothly — $28–30/hour, full-time, remote.

The Role & Impact

You'll be the operational backbone of the HR department: onboarding, employee records, HR system transactions, recruitment coordination, and employee communications. You'll be the first point of contact for routine questions — and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment: candidate communications, ATS tracking, pre-employment requirements
• Own onboarding/offboarding activities after offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR transactions
• Support job fairs, community outreach, and recruiting events
• Deliver a professional, welcoming experience to every candidate
