If you love making words work hard, this might be your job. HelloFresh Group — the global meal-kit market leader founded in Berlin in 2011 — is looking for a Lead Copywriter to join its Global Creative Studio and drive copy quality across the demand generation engine. You'll write across the full funnel and every channel that matters: TV, OOH, paid social, display, CRM and YouTube — with a special focus on mid-funnel paid social creative that stops thumbs and starts conversations.
What You'll Do
- Write sharp, on-brand copy across all major channels, from campaign headlines to push notifications, social hooks to CRM journeys.
- Bring big-picture strategic thinking to campaign briefs while staying just as comfortable writing a single subject line or a two-second video hook.
- Consult with local market copywriting teams across sixteen markets, offering guidance and creative direction that keeps work on-brand and high-quality.
- Help build, train and socialize AI tools — particularly Claude and Gemini — to create and maintain a broad creative toolkit. You'll use them to generate, iterate and localize content, but you remain the creative brain behind all LLM work.
- Mentor more junior writers and help them write better.

- Proven hands-on copywriting craft, ideally with experience in paid social or performance creative.
- Strategic thinking plus the instinct to simplify — big ideas and tiny details are equally your home.
- A collaborative spirit and comfort advising teams across multiple markets.
- Curiosity about AI tools and how to make them sing for creative teams.
