The Problem You'll Solve
Brands and retailers struggle to make real connections with consumers. Delivering trustworthy, inspiring content at the exact moment of the discovery and purchase cycle is hard — and too often, money is spent on content that doesn't attract, convert, or earn loyalty. Your job: close that gap between brands and consumers.
What You'll Do
- Lead design for a product centred on data — simplifying complex e-commerce metrics and demonstrating the value of user-generated content in an intuitive, actionable way
- Partner with product managers and engineers in empowered teams to own the UX of new features from conception to launch and beyond
- Define the structure and flow of performance dashboards, creating experiences that are simple and elegant
- Use findings from user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and sharpen the clarity of Insights
- Think strategically about product direction — not just how it should look, but what to build and why
- Identify opportunities for AI to transform the design approach and mentor others on its effective use
What You Should Have
- 8+ years of professional product design experience
- A product mindset and deep understanding of the entire product development process
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, and complex data visualizations — especially in e-commerce or analytics platforms
- Proficiency with design systems and the ability to evolve them
- Strong communication skills and a growth mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to own problems
