The Opportunity

Airbnb's Recruiting Operations team is looking for a Manager of Recruiting Tech & Data — the senior partner who owns the architecture, strategy, and insight engine behind how Airbnb hires. You'll sit at the intersection of data, systems, and recruiting strategy, working directly with Recruiting Leadership, People Analytics, and Engineering.

What You'll Own

The tech stack: roadmap for ATS, CRM, sourcing, and scheduling tools — including build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions grounded in recruiter needs and long-term scalability
Data architecture & governance: where recruiting data lives, how it flows, and how quality is maintained at scale; leading migrations, audits, and taxonomy redesigns
A team of analysts: hiring, coaching, and developing technically strong people who solve hard problems and explain them simply
Vendor relationships: senior-level contract negotiation and holding partners accountable to outcomes
Real insight, not just dashboards: predictive models and trend analysis that shape how recruiting leadership sets direction

Who You Are

7–10 years in recruiting systems, HR technology, or people analytics, with 1–2+ years managing a team
Deep enterprise ATS administration experience, ideally across multi-system integrations
Technical credibility — comfort with data modeling or analytics engineering is a plus
A clear communicator who translates complexity into decision-ready language for executives
Bonus: HR tech implementation, solutions architecture, or people data strategy background

The Package

This role is US-remote eligible (must live in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity), with a base pay range of $168K–$210K, plus bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
