The team

The People Solutions team is the strategic engine room of Raisin's People & Culture organization. It builds the infrastructure that scales the company — optimizing HRIS systems to eliminate manual work, leveraging analytics and AI for smarter business decisions, and acting as a compliance anchor across audits, policies and risk.

Your responsibilities

Own the administration, architecture and strategic optimization of Raisin's People applications
Bridge the gap between People strategy and technology
Drive HRIS improvements that remove manual work and improve data quality
Manage application roadmaps, vendors and integrations
Support compliance through strong system controls and documentation

What you bring

Experience managing HRIS tooling (ideally including Personio) and people systems
Comfort influencing technical, executive and non-technical stakeholders
A data-driven, structured approach to system architecture
Fluent English (German is a plus)
