The Role
We're looking for a People Business Partner to join the People team in Riyadh. You'll act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on partner, shaping people and organization development strategies that directly support business objectives across assigned groups.
What You'll Own
- Day-to-day HR partnership and execution of strategy for your business units
- Employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance & compensation consultation
- Talent management and succession planning, spotting performance gaps and training needs early
- Coaching leaders and managers to hit business goals and improve work relationships
- Driving change through best practices, acting as a true change agent
Who We're Looking For
You bring a strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regional regulations, plus sharp communication and problem-solving skills. You're solution-oriented, comfortable moving fast, and known for building trust through empathy and respect. Experience partnering with leaders in a high-growth fintech or tech environment is a big plus.
