People Business Partner (Islamabad & Lahore) — HR Strategy at Motive

The People Business Partner plays a key role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives. You'll act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR-related issues — guiding employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Senior/Lead HR Business Partner to understand business goals and align HR strategies that support them
• Drive consistent implementation of HR strategies across assigned client groups or business functions
• Support managers in building and managing effective teams — leadership effectiveness, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and employee relations
• Coach managers on talent development, inclusive leadership, and resolving employee concerns
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support change management initiatives with smooth transitions and clear communication
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent management practices
