People & Culture Manager @ Casa Très — Build the Home for the Team
About the Opportunity
Casa Très isn't an event supplier — it's a cultural house. Since 2018 they've produced 240+ luxury events across 11+ countries for brands like Red Bull, Maserati, and Dom Pérignon, and they're the official staging partner of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya F1 Weekend (300,000+ attendees). Now they're opening their first People & Culture Manager role.
The Role & Impact
You'll own people end to end — from the first conversation with a candidate to how the team feels after a build week. Reporting directly to the founders, you'll build the HR structure that fast growth demands without losing the family feel. "Casa means home" — your job is to make that permanently true for the team.
What You'll Do
- Own recruitment across production, creative, and operations — brief, source, interview, close
- Build the talent pipeline for a house producing across 11+ countries (including freelance crews and technicians)
- Design onboarding that gets new people from signed contract to confident on-site
- Shape culture, retention, and the Monday-after-build-week experience
What We're Looking For
- People leadership experience (events, creative, or production industries a plus)
- Strong hiring and onboarding skills at a fast-growth pace
- Empathy-first approach with operational discipline
- English fluency; Barcelona-based (Poble Nou office)
