What You'll Do
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR operations, contributing to key projects that touch the entire employee lifecycle
- Proactively identify and propose strategic improvements to HR processes and workflows, with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Optimize HR workflows and help scale processes as the company grows
