About the Opportunity

HelloFresh, the world's leading meal-kit company, is looking for an experienced People Technology Engineering Manager to join its People Technology leadership team in Berlin. You'll lead the engineering discipline within People Technology — owning the architecture, capability and delivery of the technical solutions that connect, automate and enhance HelloFresh's employee technology landscape.

What You'll Own

• Lead a squad focused on Workday integrations and connected enterprise systems, expanding into workflow automation, low-code development and AI-enabled solutions
• Act as the engineering architect and design authority for People Technology — setting technical direction and standards that balance delivery speed, scalability, security and long-term sustainability
• Maintain deep expertise in Workday integrations and emerging platform capabilities like Workday Orchestrate and Extend / Build
• Lead, develop and performance-manage a team of engineers, building capability across integrations, automation and AI engineering
• Partner with the People function and stakeholders across the group as the senior engineering voice for People Technology

Who You Are

• Strong background in people/HR technology engineering, with hands-on Workday integration experience
• Proven leadership of engineering teams in a fast-scaling environment
• Architect-level thinking: you set standards, not just ship tickets
• Comfortable balancing technical quality, accountability and continuous learning
