About the Role
As Behavox scales, we're looking for a hands-on Senior/Principal HR Business Partner in London to help drive people programs that fuel high performance, agility, and collaboration across the business. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll bring deep HR expertise and business acumen to help leaders navigate complex challenges and drive growth.
This role is measured by its ability to:
- Serve as the London office site leader and regional HR Business Partner for the UK, aligning talent strategies with business priorities across all functions
- Support organizational design, team scaling, and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly
- Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters
- Influence, advise, and partner cross-functionally with senior leadership
- Build scalable people practices in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
