The Role & Impact
As a Production Designer, you'll support the creation and execution of polished, on-brand design assets across Mozilla's products and campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer who loves precision, consistency, and shipping quality work.
What You'll Do
- Produce high-quality design assets across brand, web, and product surfaces
- Work within and extend existing design systems and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver on-brand creative
- Manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines and meticulous attention to detail
What You Bring
- Strong production design skills — layout, typography, and asset preparation
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience working within brand systems and design guidelines
- A remote-first work style with excellent communication and time management
