About the Opportunity
Figma — the collaborative design platform helping teams bring ideas to life — is growing its EMEA team and looking for a full-cycle Recruiter based in Berlin (hybrid). You'll play a crucial part in scaling the EMEA Figmate population as the company enters an exciting new chapter: building exceptional candidate experiences, running end-to-end hiring processes, and crafting a pipeline of top talent.
The Role & Impact
As a key member of Figma's growing international recruiting team, you'll take the lead on key initiatives and inspire change — driving a significant contribution to the future state of the company. This role focuses on Business and Go-to-Market hiring across EMEA.
What You'll Do at Figma
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go-to-Market teams
- Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams, with a primary focus on EMEA
- Source and build healthy, representative pipelines while effectively managing inbound applications
- Use data to shape your hiring strategy and communicate insights that drive meaningful change
- Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive talent — cold outreach, events, and content production
- Champion Figma's values and seek opportunities to improve the overall hiring strategy
What We're Looking For
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across go-to-market or business functions
- A data-informed approach to hiring decisions and pipeline management
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Passion for candidate experience and building diverse, representative teams
