About the Role

We're looking for a Regional HR Manager to serve as the strategic People partner for UK Operations. Partnering closely with regional and site leadership, you'll help build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and establish the People practices that enable Operations to scale — working alongside the existing UK People organization and combining local employment expertise with Hims' Operations People model.

What You'll Do

Partner with leaders across multiple levels to solve complex business challenges and strengthen organizational capability
Build practical, scalable People practices grounded in UK employment law
Collaborate across UK People, Global Operations, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to remove roadblocks
Coach leaders through complex employee issues one day, build the org for a new operational capability the next
Help lay the People foundations for a fast-growing UK Operations network
