About the Opportunity
Monzo is searching for an ambitious, innovative, and caring professional to help inspire and develop its Regulatory Reporting team. Reporting into the Regulatory Reporting Policy Team Senior Manager, this role ensures Monzo's horizon scanning and interpretation activities — PRA Rulebook, EU CRR, and more — are correctly reflected in capital, liquidity, and financial returns, and monitors ongoing adherence to UK and European prudential rules. Based in London, Cardiff, or Remote (UK), £70,600–£83,000.

- Proactively identifying and interpreting the rules, regulations, and guidance applicable to Regulatory Reporting, ensuring ongoing compliance in the production of returns
- Defining and implementing changes required to data and production — quickly and safely
- Monitoring adherence to applicable UK and European prudential rules
- Inspiring continuous learning and embracing change across the team
What We're Looking For
- Strong regulatory reporting or prudential experience in banking
- Deep understanding of UK/EU prudential rules (PRA Rulebook, CRR)
- Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
- An innovative, caring approach to developing people
