About the Role

Motive's go-to-market organization closes thousands of deals every quarter across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Sales Compliance is the team that makes sure the rules of engagement are followed, deal credit and commissions land with the people who earned them, and the data behind our revenue stays clean and defensible.

As a Sales Compliance Analyst, you'll join a small, high-visibility team whose findings are read by Sales and Operations leadership — reporting to the Associate Manager, Sales Compliance within GTM Strategy & Sales Operations.

What You'll Own

• A queue of compliance requests and a set of recurring audits
• Reconstructing what actually happened on a deal using Salesforce, Jira, and partner & commission platforms — reaching documented, evidence-based conclusions
• Improving the processes you inherit: this team absorbed a 34% increase in request volume in 2025 while resolving cases 36% faster — by building systems, not adding hands
