The Mission

The Legal Technology team within BizTech partners directly with Airbnb's global Legal organization to deliver innovative, AI-accelerated tools that let attorneys focus on high-value work instead of repetitive tasks.

What You'll Build

• Enterprise solutions for legal workflows: contract lifecycle management, document automation, matter management, and e-discovery support
• AI-powered features that accelerate drafting, review, and knowledge retrieval for the legal function
• Integrations across Airbnb's enterprise systems, with a focus on security and governance
• Scalable platforms used by legal teams across multiple regions

Who You Are

• Senior-level business solutions / enterprise engineering experience (this is an L9-equivalent role)
• Strong technical background with modern enterprise stacks and API-first thinking
• Experience delivering tech to legal, compliance, or similar functions — or a genuine interest in legal tech
• Exceptional stakeholder skills: you'll translate legal needs into technical roadmaps and back again
