The Mission
Reporting to the Global Head of Total Reward, the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager drives the reward agenda globally. You'll be the subject matter expert on compensation and benefits, partnering with the Global HR team to attract, motivate and retain talent through competitive total rewards and a meaningful career journey.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day guidance to HR, People Partners, Talent, Finance and business leaders on reward policies, processes and market practices
- Own core compensation processes: salary benchmarking, job levelling support, compensation guidelines, pay review cycles, budgeting inputs and reward communications
- Lead the design, analysis and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes — competitive, scalable, equitable and aligned with business strategy
- Partner with the Head of Total Reward on strategic initiatives: reward philosophy, global compensation frameworks, benefits evolution and organisational change
- Use market data, people analytics and internal insights to shape reward decisions, translating complex data into clear recommendations
- Manage external benchmarking and market intelligence: survey participation, vendor relationships, market trend analysis
- Build and continuously improve reward processes, tools, playbooks and governance across countries and functions
What You Bring
- Deep experience in compensation and benefits at a global scale, ideally in tech or fast-scaling companies
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with market data and people analytics
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex reward topics clearly
- A builder mindset — you improve systems, not just run them
