About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Dubai team — a role with real influence over how a fast-growing exchange stays on the right side of regulation. You'll lead compliance initiatives by developing and implementing frameworks aligned with both local and international rules, helping OKX operate within legal boundaries while still innovating.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, implement, and maintain compliance manuals, policies, procedures, and systems for combating money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT)
- Support the MLRO in ensuring OKX UAE meets its regulatory and legal responsibilities, including VARA guidance and industry best practice
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry groups to help shape compliance standards in the crypto sector
- Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the business
- Advise on enterprise risk and keep the organization ahead of a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape
Who You Are
You're a risk-minded problem solver with solid compliance experience — ideally within crypto, fintech, or financial services in the UAE/GCC. You understand VARA and international AML standards, communicate clearly with regulators and internal stakeholders, and take ownership of outcomes.
