Senior Contracts Manager (UKI) — Own High-Value NHS & Public Sector Contracts at InterSystems (Dublin/Edinburgh/Windsor)
The Role
InterSystems' UK & Ireland Legal team is hiring a Senior Contracts Manager — the most senior contracts role in the team. You'll manage legal and commercial risk across the full contract lifecycle, supporting delivery of software and services to the NHS and other UKI healthcare and non-healthcare customers.
What You'll Own
- Pre-contract: lead legal input into tenders and bid responses, especially NHS and public sector procurements; draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts
- Post-contract: take named, end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of client contracts — including the highest-value and most complex ones
- Risk & governance: set standards, draft regional and global processes, and build capability across the contracts function
- Work closely with Legal, Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to keep contractual arrangements aligned with business objectives and public sector procurement norms
What They're Looking For
You'll operate with substantial autonomy within an agreed mandate, so they need someone experienced, proactive, and commercially pragmatic — comfortable advising on complex, strategically significant matters. Occasional domestic and international travel is part of the job; if you're not based in Windsor, expect periodic attendance there.
