The Role
VML's Sydney studio is hiring a Senior Designer to create work that moves people — across brand campaigns, digital experiences, and everything in between. You'll partner with strategists, writers, and producers to take ideas from concept to craft.

- Design bold, human-first creative across brand, campaign, and digital touchpoints
- Own the craft bar on your projects — from first sketch to final art
- Collaborate across a 26,000-person global network spanning 55+ markets
- Present work to clients with confidence and iterate with purpose
