The Role
Cloudflare is looking for an experienced, energetic compliance professional to join the legal team as a Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager (EMEA), based in London. You'll execute the day-to-day nuts and bolts of legal compliance across the region — internal investigations, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment reviews, compliance training, and cross-functional project management. Just as importantly, you'll help build systems and processes that leverage AI so the team can do its best work.
Responsibilities
- Support the internal investigations program: manage case files, conduct witness interviews, collect supporting documentation, draft final reports
- Help design and implement policies and controls that protect customers and employees while satisfying legal obligations
- Assist with the conflicts of interest disclosure process, including review of potential employee conflicts and gift and entertainment requests
- Administer the compliance training and education program — designing regional content, identifying target audiences, measuring effectiveness
- Execute a regular integrity and compliance communications strategy within the region
- Project manage a variety of cross-functional compliance initiatives
