The Role
We're looking for a Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist focused on Employee Relations and Transitions to join Remote's EMEA team. You'll be the trusted expert guiding employees and managers through the moments that matter most — from performance and conduct conversations to smooth, compliant transitions across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Own employee relations casework across EMEA, ensuring fair, consistent and legally sound outcomes
- Guide managers through performance management, investigations and difficult conversations
- Support employee transitions — internal moves, offboarding and everything in between — with care and precision
- Partner with the wider People team to keep policies, processes and documentation best-in-class
- Leverage Remote's automation and AI tooling to deliver faster, higher-quality HR outcomes
What You Bring
- Solid experience in employee relations and HR lifecycle management, ideally in a global or EMEA context
- Deep knowledge of European employment practices and compliance
- Outstanding judgment, empathy and communication skills
- Comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote, international environment
