(Senior) Product Designer — Dataguard (Munich) — Unify Security & Compliance into One Platform

Dataguard turns ongoing compliance activity into quantified risk intelligence — and with 200+ team members across Munich, Berlin, London, Stockholm, and Vienna, we help 4,000+ global customers get certified fast and build a scalable risk posture.
The Mandate
Improve the product experience of our existing solutions and unite our separate Security & Compliance products into one platform experience for thousands of users. You'll work with the product design team and stakeholders to deliver impactful merged experiences, modernize our design system, and embed AI into meaningful customer workflows.
As AI accelerates delivery, this role is less about shipping faster and more about deciding what is worth shipping.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define the information architecture and interaction models that bring two product experiences — each with its own product-market fit — into one platform
- Evolve the design system across the product line without breaking what customers rely on today
- Decide with Product and Engineering what unifies now, what waits — validated with customer evidence
- Carry product design from early discovery through UX flows, high-fidelity UI, and handoff
- Measure design by the business outcomes it moves
