Senior UX Researcher (MENA Field & Remote Research) — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

HungerStation, the Delivery Hero company powering food delivery across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is looking for a Senior UX Researcher who's equal parts analytical, empathetic and bold. This Riyadh-based role is central to making sure every product decision is backed by deep user understanding — not assumptions.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives: defining goals, selecting methods, conducting studies, synthesizing findings and communicating insights
• Run in-field and remote research with real users across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region — intercept interviews, contextual inquiries and usability sessions
• Balance qualitative and quantitative methods: in-depth interviews, diary studies, surveys, analytics deep-dives and A/B test evaluation
• Document findings through structured reports, visual frameworks and decks that actually drive design and product decisions
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics teams to keep insights timely, actionable and measurable

What You Bring

• Proven experience planning and executing UX research across the full product lifecycle
• Strong command of both qualitative fieldwork and quantitative analysis
• Excellent storytelling — you can turn raw data into decisions people act on
• Comfort working in the field, talking to real users in public spaces and on-call
