Now they're hiring a Staff Experience Designer to help the platform show up beautifully and authentically in markets across APAC and around the world.
You'll partner with country managers, localization experts, researchers, product specialists, engineers, and data scientists to craft products that feel native — not translated — everywhere they launch.
The Difference You'll Make
This is a high-bar, individual-contributor design role sitting at the intersection of product, design, and regional strategy. You'll adapt core experiences to regional needs, feed market insights back into global product strategy, and deliver an international roadmap spanning tactical UI improvements and bigger strategic bets. Expect to model AI-enabled ways of working and set the standard for craft across a fast-growing, increasingly complex space.
A Typical Day Looks Like
- Leading the design of multi-market experiences, from discovery through booking and hosting
- Partnering with researchers and data scientists to ground decisions in real local behavior
- Championing inclusive design, usability, and accessibility at every turn
- Working across time zones and functions — and loving the complexity that comes with truly global products
What You Bring
- A portfolio that shows world-class visual and interaction craft at staff level
- Deep experience designing for internationalization, localization, or regional markets
- Systems thinking and the ability to zoom from a single screen to a whole-market strategy
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership, without needing a title to lead
