About the Opportunity
Berlitz is building a new global company — nearly 150 years of language-learning expertise meets modern technology. Enterprise HR and L&D teams buy our programs, but until now they've had no real control center to run them, report on them, and prove ROI. That gap costs deals and renewals. As Staff Product Designer, you'll own the design of our Enterprise customer platform from a mostly blank slate, reporting directly to the VP of Design.
What You'll Build
The platform where HR and L&D teams manage learners, connect LMS and HRIS systems, track engagement and CEFR progress, and show their own leadership what Berlitz delivers — with SSO, SCIM provisioning, reporting dashboards, invoicing, and admin workflows baked in. You'll design for two very different buyers under one roof: the L&D Manager who lives in the tool daily and the Global HR Director who checks in for a strategic view.
What You'll Do
- Own the product end to end: user management, integrations, reporting, and admin flows
- Run constant customer research with HR directors, L&D managers, and procurement teams
- Extend Berlitz's shared design system with patterns for data-heavy enterprise admin
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ship an MVP fast, then iterate to compete
- Own enterprise KPIs — dashboard adoption, admin engagement, renewal and expansion
- Treat SSO, SCIM, GDPR, and accessibility as design constraints from day one
- Mentor other product designers as the team grows
What You Bring
A track record shipping B2B enterprise software — admin consoles, reporting tools, or control panels for HR, L&D, or IT buyers. You've taken products from 0 to 1, think in systems, and are AI-native: context engineering, MCP, and generative design tools are already part of your workflow. You know when a workflow needs speed versus when it needs clarity.
