The Role

QRT is looking for an experienced recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, driving hiring for quantitative research and trading roles across Europe. This is a key role supporting QRT's continued growth by securing top-tier talent and reinforcing their local presence.

What You'll Do

Drive the recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain high-calibre quant research and trading talent
Leverage your network across Europe and proactively source via direct outreach, talent mapping, and referrals
Partner with external recruitment agencies to keep pipeline flowing and hit headcount targets
Own the full recruitment lifecycle in Greenhouse, delivering a high-touch candidate experience
Bring hiring intelligence and data to improve decisions and processes
