About the Role
Delivery Hero is hiring a Manager, Talent & Culture for its Dubai hub — a role that sits at the intersection of talent, culture, org health, and business performance. You'll work in a highly embedded, business-led model, partnering with leaders, People & Culture squads, local markets, and regional functions to bring the Talent & Culture strategy to life in practical, tailored ways.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic talent partner to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into talent and culture priorities for each function
- Drive end-to-end execution of the talent lifecycle — talent development, performance, learning, employee experience, and org health
- Bring central Talent & Culture frameworks and programs to life in a way that is locally relevant and operationally strong
- Own org health across your domains, using data to spot patterns, risks, and opportunities — then turn them into clear action plans
- Support AI enablement by deploying talent, learning, and culture programs that help the business adopt new ways of working
- Partner with leaders to strengthen team effectiveness and build healthy organizations
Who You Are
You're someone who knows how to translate strategy into on-the-ground execution. You build trust quickly, stay visible and close to the business, and can diagnose issues with both empathy and analytical rigor. Experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering — ideally in tech, e-commerce, or a multi-market operation — will set you up for success.
