The Role

Ziina — the fast-growing UAE fintech reshaping how people and businesses manage money — is hiring a hands-on Talent Specialist in Dubai. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you own your pipelines from first outreach to accepted offer, working across every team in the business.

What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, from intake to accepted offer, with a consistent, high-quality process
• Deliver a candidate experience you're genuinely proud of at every stage
• Partner with hiring managers to turn their real needs into clear, realistic role profiles
• Keep scorecards sharp: clear evaluation criteria, useful feedback, calibrated decisions
• Track pipeline metrics, spot what isn't working, and improve your own hiring outcomes with data
• Manage job boards, agencies and external partners — and hold them to value
• Bring ideas on employer brand and candidate experience beyond your own roles

What You Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startups
• An outbound-first mindset — you hunt for great people in competitive markets
• Comfort with AI tooling built into the recruiting workflow
• Strong operational discipline and a data-driven approach to hiring
