The Mission
GetYourGuide is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for some of their most critical technical roles, based at the Berlin HQ. This person combines deep recruiting expertise with a genuine passion for technology, AI-powered workflows, and operational excellence — and helps raise the bar for the entire team. Please note: this is a 12-month contract for maternity cover.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles — sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close
- Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes — no detail is too small
- Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to keep pipeline health in check, surfacing insights proactively
- Build and nurture a world-class candidate network through market research and outreach
- Contribute to an AI-powered, operationally excellent recruiting workflow
What You Bring
- Proven technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or travel-tech environment
- A genuine interest in engineering, product, and AI tooling
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data comfort — you use dashboards and metrics to drive decisions
