UI/UX Designer (Web & Mobile)

📌 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring that our products are not only visually appealing but also functionally seamless.

⚡ Core Responsibilities

• Designing product screens (existing and new) for multiple platforms, including Android, iOS, and smartwatches.

• Conducting thorough user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to drive design improvements.

• Creating detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate complex concepts.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers) to ensure design vision is accurately implemented.

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive design systems and style guides for brand consistency across all digital products.

• Translating approved designs into clean, responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications.

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Strong understanding of core UI/UX principles, user flow mapping, and information architecture.

• Foundational knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) is mandatory for implementation accuracy.

• Proven ability to develop a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

🌟 Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• Experience with e-commerce, ERP, or CRM system design.

• Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.

• Ability to work in a flexible schedule that may include weekends.
