We're looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our growing creative team and bring the Motive brand, products, and customer stories to life across marketing, web, social, sales, and other key touchpoints.
What You'll Create
- High-quality motion graphics and edited video content for campaigns, product storytelling, social media, presentations, and digital experiences
- Scoped creative projects owned end-to-end — from initial concept and storyboarding through editing, animation, versioning, and final delivery
- Consistent, polished brand experiences across every surface and channel
Who You Are
- Strong craft and solid technical proficiency in video editing and motion design
- A sharp eye for storytelling through motion
- Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery while managing multiple priorities
- Someone who incorporates feedback thoughtfully and contributes to a consistently high-quality brand experience
