The Gig
Cloudflare's Growth team is hiring a Video & Motion Producer who can do it all — concept, script, edit, animate, and ship. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who thinks like a strategist but works like a maker: hands-on in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and fluent in the AI tools (Runway, OpusClip, CapCut) that collapse the gap between idea and finished cut.
What You'll Make
You'll own developer-facing video end-to-end across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and X: product launch films that translate technical capability into stories developers actually watch, motion graphics and UI explainers, keynotes and fireside chats cut from Developer Week and Birthday Week, plus ad creative variants for paid campaigns. You'll also build the systems — templates, style guides, repeatable AI-assisted workflows — so quality holds up across a high volume of requests.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in video production or motion design with a portfolio showing both craft and range
- Real experience producing for technical audiences (developers, engineers, operators)
- Strong editorial judgment: finding the moment in a 45-minute talk, scripting a 60-second explainer
- Platform fluency — you know how video behaves differently on YouTube vs TikTok vs LinkedIn
- A test-and-learn mindset, using performance data to decide what to make next
- Bonus: live-action shooting/directing, motion design systems thinking, performance-marketing creative
