The Role & Impact
This is a role for a senior recruiter who wants to stay close to the craft while operating as a senior talent advisor to the business — with the autonomy to build, and the opportunity to influence at the highest levels of Okta's APJ organisation. You'll partner directly with senior executives, including regional GMs, VPs, and functional leaders.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle hiring across multiple levels, personally delivering complex senior and executive searches
- Partner with regional GMs, VPs, and functional leaders to shape hiring strategy across APJ
- Bring exceptional sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence — building and engaging talent pools proactively
- Influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders, backed by data, market insight, and recruiting expertise
- Move across functions and talent profiles as business priorities change
- Operate across countries, cultures, and time zones in a global organisation
What You'll Bring
- A strong track record of senior and executive recruiting in a fast-moving global organisation
- A builder mindset with high ownership, curiosity, and a bias towards action
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the judgement and discretion to operate at pace
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or security/identity markets is a strong advantage
