The Role
Celonis is looking for an Application Product Manager to drive AI System Transformations — building and scaling the applications that let customers run AI across their critical business processes. Based in Munich, you'll work at the intersection of product, engineering and customers.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven process transformation applications
- Work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to shape requirements
- Partner with engineering to deliver AI applications that unlock real business outcomes
- Use the Celonis Context Model to turn process intelligence into product features
- Measure impact and iterate — turning product bets into enterprise-scale wins
What You Bring
- Product management experience in enterprise SaaS, process mining or AI applications
- Strong customer empathy and stakeholder management skills
- Very good spoken and written English (German is a plus)
- Strategic thinking plus hands-on execution
