About the Opportunity
N26 is building the mobile bank the world loves to use, and its Investments team is on a mission to empower retail investors with accessible, transparent, and genuinely innovative wealth-building products. We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to join this team in Berlin and help shape the core investments experience.
The Role & Impact
This is a hands-on role where you learn the craft of product management while contributing to real work from day one. You'll collaborate across engineering, design, business, data, compliance, and external partners to ship incrementally challenging features — and grow into owning bigger parts of the roadmap over time.
What You'll Do
- Co-own a team's roadmap alongside senior Product Managers, aligning with N26's broader wealth-building goals
- Drive the product development lifecycle for new and existing investments features — from user research and scoping to delivery, go-to-market, and iteration
- Navigate a complex ecosystem of engineering, compliance, and legal teams to bring regulated products to market safely
- Build strong stakeholder relationships early and keep cross-team momentum
- Use data, user behavior, and market trends to find opportunities and refine the customer journey
What You Bring
You have 2+ years in a product team (or 3+ years in customer-facing roles closely tied to product) — fintech experience is preferred. You genuinely care about UX, can translate complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys, and are excited by problems around financial stability.
