Credit Risk Manager (Second Line, Fintech) — Raisin, Berlin, Germany
About Raisin
Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, this fintech connects consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US — giving savers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Today Raisin employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries and holds over €80 billion in assets for more than one million investors.
The Team
The Raisin Group Credit Risk Management team sits in the second line of defense, overseeing credit risks across commercial, treasury, and financial counterparties. While Raisin doesn't do traditional lending, it is exposed to credit risk through receivables, guarantees, investments, and contractual obligations — and the team makes sure those risks are consistently identified, assessed, monitored, and reported.
The Role
As Credit Risk Manager, you'll take full ownership of the credit risk framework, operating as a hands-on builder and an independent risk partner. You'll modernize reporting infrastructure with Looker and Mambu, tackle operational backlogs, and ensure robust risk steering across a diverse portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Own and continuously improve the credit risk framework across the group
- Monitor and report credit risks in line with Raisin's risk appetite and strategic goals
- Work closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Controlling, and business units
- Build data-driven reporting and analytics to steer risk decisions
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with resilience and technical agility
Who You Are

Why Join?
This is a genuine ownership role in a profitable, scaling fintech — with locations across Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Munich. You'll help open up a €160-trillion global savings market while building risk infrastructure that scales across borders.
